30z rice crispies 150g milk chocolate makes 8 muffin size

White chocolate whipped ganache

150 g white chocolate 150ml double cream ices 2 to 3

Cupcake gluten free 1st batch

1 egg
2oz butter soft brown sugar doves gluten free flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 oz raw mix in each cupcake
20 mins 180
Crumb light looser than flour cake taste not as nice tasted of potato. Maybe experiment with rice flour instead
